Pei-Jung is a Senior Associate at TWL Law Group. Her legal expertise was shaped by extensive training stemming from her Indonesian and Taiwanese backgrounds, in both academic and practical spheres. She is specialized in domestic and international arbitrations, civil, commercial and corporate laws in Indonesia and Taiwan.

Prior to joining TWL Law Group, Pei-Jung worked for an Indonesian corporate group, a Taiwanese arbitral institution, and a Japanese-affiliated company in Taiwan. She has extensive experience in general corporate matters, including company registration, share transfer, regulatory compliance, legal negotiation, contract-drafting and review for domestic and cross-border transactions.

 

Pei-Jung is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb). She also gives lecture on international commercial dispute resolution for graduate program in a law school in Taiwan.

 

Pei-Jung was admitted to the Indonesian Bar in 2019.
