Pinyapa is the Managing Partner of TWLS Company Limited, The Thailand office of TWL Law Group, and the Vice Chair / Director of the British Chamber of Commerce Thailand.

 

She has extensive experience across the Asia-Pacific region in Foreign Direct Investment, both offshore and onshore projects, including commercial and corporate transactions, banking and finance, public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint venture transactions and corporate reorganizations.

Prior to joining TWLS Company Limited, Pinyapa was working with an international law firm in Barcelona, Spain for a few years prior to joining an international law firm in Thailand.

Pinyapa advises multinational corporations and local companies from various industries on project financing, corporate structuring and restructuring, the establishment of business in Thailand and cross-border transactions matters.

Advised SUEZ Group, one of the largest French-based utility company which provides water, waste and resource management solutions to millions of people and businesses worldwide, on their investment mandated of a plastic recycling and waste management projects in Thailand.

Acted for the owners of one of the biggest plastic bottle manufacturer companies in Thailand in the sale of their business, and the subsequent reinvestment of proceeds, upon completion to retain a minority share capital in the purchaser.

 

Advised several private equity companies in Thailand in the acquisition of shares, in locally and offshore, including structured fund investment structure and assisted on the preparation of tender offer.

 

Advised on investment platforms, suitable investment model and investment instrument, legal structure, preparing investment document templates and representing venture capital companies and corporate venture capital units in connection with their investment in the agro & food, light manufacturer, outsourcing services, and healthcare business.

 

Advisor at the British Chamber of Commerce Thailand on the government affairs activities in connection with the researching and monitoring government activities that could affect the business of private sectors in Thailand.
