Mr. Tseng is the Senior Counsel at TWL Law Group. He has extensive experience in investment, corporate law, contract drafting and negotiations.

Prior to working at TWL Law Group, Mr. Tseng was the Senior Legal Counsel at Asus Group, a leading electronics manufacturer and a Global 500 company, and was appointed to Shanghai to lead its China matters. He has amassed a rich experience coordinating with the largest high-tech conglomerates such as Apple, Microsoft, and Huawei.  Mr. Tseng negotiated investment agreements with local governments in China and managed construction tenders of over USD100 million.

 

In Myanmar, Mr. Tseng combines and draws from his international experience to offer legal services and counsel in commercial contracts, general trade, investments, infrastructure, and construction.

 

Mr. Tseng has counseled over 100 companies on their market entry into Myanmar successfully and has been regularly invited to speak on the topic of Myanmar Investment.
