Ms. Khin Nyein Chan Aye is an Associate at the Corporate and Investment Team of Thanlwin Legal. Previously, she worked as an intern at a local Myanmar-based law firm where she practiced litigation and a Japanese law firm where she gathered extensive knowledge of corporate and regulatory affairs.

Ivy's practice areas span investment and corporate sector, land laws, taxation, banking and finance, and compliance with an internal investigation. Additionally, she assists the team with legal research and translation of documents. She is also well-experienced in setting up legal entities and drafting legal memorandums, especially on corporate and finance matters.

 

Ivy graduated from the University of Yangon, Faculty of Law (LL.B.). She is currently a LL.M. student at the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University. She is also practicing as an apprentice in litigation for Higher Grade Pleader License.
