Suteera is a Senior Associate working for TWLS Company Limited, the Thailand office of TWL Law Group. She has substantial experience in the area of Corporate and Commercial law. She specializes in corporate matters such as share transfer, capital increase and decrease, Due Diligence, restructuring business including applying for Foreign Business License and the Board of Investment Permit. 

 

Prior to join TWLS, Suteera had worked as a senior legal associate in corporate area at global professional-services advisory firm in Thailand where she had an opportunity to provide specialized legal consulting with a wide range of services to clients and responsible for leading teams in the delivery of both advisory and implementation services in relation to the foreign direct investment in Thailand.

 

She graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Chulalongkorn University, Faculty of Law (specialized in Business Law). She also graduated with a master’s degree from Queen Mary, University of London (specialized in Commercial and Corporate).
