Rachi Gupta is a Senior Associate working for TWL Law Group. She is a seasoned lawyer, author and speaker. She is skilled in legal drafting, research, documentation & analysis in both commercial disputes and corporate matters.

She has extensive experience across the Asia-Pacific in Dispute Resolution, Arbitration (Domestic & International), Corporate Law, Commercial Transaction, and Contractual Obligation Practice. She is an advisor to many national and international clients on Mergers & Acquisitions, Foreign Direct Investment, Infrastructure Projects and Corporate Transactions. She is an active speaker on the recent amendments and growth in Law.

 

Before joining TWL Law Group, Rachi was working with an international law firm in Dubai and India. She also participated in training programs with top-tier US law firms. Rachi’s main practice includes drafting and reviewing documents of Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Venture Debt and Share Purchase Agreements, and other allied documents. She does negotiations as well for all the contractual, legal documents, joint venture processes, and non-binding agreements.

 

She completed her B.B.A. L.L.B (Hons.) from Guru Govind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), New Delhi and currently pursuing L.L.M in Corporate Laws from MDSU University, Ajmer. She assisted many clients in different stages of Litigation and Corporate Matters with a high-quality problem-solving approach, communication, and interpersonal. She recently published her books “Roadmap to Essential Drafting (Civil, Criminal & Commercial Drafts) and Judicial Process in Civil Laws: Practice & Procedure”. Her upcoming books are on the recent changes in Criminal Laws in India.
