Danny Liu is a Senior Associate at TWL Law Group. He has rich experience in banking, domestic and international finance, financial supervision and general corporate business.

Danny has provided legal services for numerous domestic and overseas banks in transactions such as loans, project finance, and asset finance, as well as regulatory and compliance legal advice for various Chinese financial institutions, covering industries such as financial institutions, logistics, and new energy.

Danny also extensively represents domestic and overseas banks, lessors, and lessees in numerous aircraft and ship financial leasing projects. Danny has also assisted multiple financial institutions or multinational corporations in bond issuance and structured finance in markets such as Hong Kong, Singapore, and Luxembourg.

 

Danny is qualified to practice in the PRC. He holds an LL.M. from the University of Melbourne and LL.B. from China University of Politic Science and Law.
